These Terms govern your use of SurfaceGrade, including account access, roof image uploads, AI-assisted roof grading, report storage, analytics, and diagnostics. By using the platform, you agree to them.

- Who can use the platform?
- You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and authorized by your organization, to access or use the services. You represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are using the services for business, inspection, or property evaluation purposes.
- How do accounts work?
- To use SurfaceGrade features, you must have an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for any activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
- What behavior is not allowed?
- You may not access or attempt to access data not intended for your organization, upload malicious code, interfere with platform operation, violate laws or regulations, or reverse engineer, copy, or replicate any aspect of the platform.
- How are roof images and grading data used?
- You grant SurfaceGrade the right to process, store, and analyze roof images and related grading data to provide services such as AI-assisted roof grading, report generation, saved grading history, diagnostics, and support. You retain ownership of your raw uploaded data.
- Are grading results professional advice?
- No. SurfaceGrade provides image-based informational analysis from visible roof evidence. Results are not a substitute for a licensed roofing inspection, engineering assessment, code compliance review, warranty decision, or insurance coverage determination.
- How do subscription and billing terms work?
- Access to the services may require a subscription. Pricing, billing frequency, and usage limits will be detailed in your agreement or invoice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
- Who owns the content and software?
- All content, software, and technology used to provide the services are the property of SurfaceGrade or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform solely for your organization's internal operations.
- Can services change or be unavailable?
- SurfaceGrade may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance that temporarily affects platform availability. We may also modify, suspend, or restrict services to maintain security, comply with law, or prevent harm to our infrastructure or customers.
- When can access be terminated?
- We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the services, or if required by law. You may also terminate your use at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your access will be disabled and data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.
- Are there warranties?
- The services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that results will be accurate. You assume full responsibility for use of the services and any decisions based on roof grading data.
- What is your liability?
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, SurfaceGrade shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost data, lost profits, property damage, or decisions made from image-based grading results. SurfaceGrade depends on uploaded image quality and visible roof context and is not responsible for omissions or inaccuracies caused by limited or unclear images.
- What law governs these Terms?
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Polk County, Iowa.
- Do I indemnify Blueprint Software?
- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blueprint Software LLC, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your organization's use of the services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
- Can these Terms change?
- Yes. We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting, and your continued use of the services signifies acceptance. These Terms, together with any applicable subscription or service agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Blueprint Software LLC regarding the services.
